Your satisfaction is important to us. To request a return or exchange, please follow the policy below.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 working days from the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Only one exchange request is allowed per order.
A return or exchange request must be submitted through email or WhatsApp before sending the product back.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless the product is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered.
Refunds do not include the original shipping fees, except in cases involving a defective or incorrect product.
All returned products will be inspected before a refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued through, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

هدفنا الأساسي هو رضاك وسعادتك أثناء تجربة الشراء. لطلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يُرجى الالتزام بالسياسة التالية:

يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 90 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم أو مرتدى، وفي حالته وتغليفه الأصلي.
يُسمح بعملية استبدال واحدة فقط لكل طلب.
يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع مسبقًا عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب قبل إرسال المنتج.
يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن، باستثناء حالات وجود عيب في المنتج أو استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب.
لا تشمل قيمة الاسترجاع مصاريف الشحن الأصلية، إلا إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو غير مطابق للطلب.
يتم فحص المنتج المرتجع قبل الموافقة على استرداد المبلغ.
بعد الموافقة، يتم رد المبلغ من خلال تحويل بنكي أو InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash.
